Nano Tunez provides digital music distribution services, including the delivery of audio content to online stores and streaming platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, and others. We do not guarantee placement, availability, or revenue on any platform.

You retain 100% ownership of your music and intellectual property.

By submitting content to Nano Tunez, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to distribute, reproduce, monetize, and make your content available solely for the purpose of providing our Services.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or control all rights to the content you submit
• Your content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or third-party rights
• All samples, beats, and collaborations are properly cleared

You may not distribute content that:

• Violates copyright or intellectual property laws
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or illegal material
• Is fraudulent, misleading, or impersonates others
• Violates the policies of digital service providers (DSPs)

Nano Tunez reserves the right to remove or refuse content at our discretion.

Royalties are collected from digital platforms and paid to you after deductions, if any, as outlined in your selected plan.

Nano Tunez is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by DSPs
• Incorrect metadata provided by you
• Streaming fraud or artificial streaming penalties

Payment schedules and minimum thresholds may apply.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate metadata and payment details
• Maintain the security of your account
• Comply with all applicable laws and platform rules

You are solely responsible for your content and activity on the platform.

Nano Tunez may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Breach these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent streaming activity
• Violate DSP or copyright policies

Termination may result in content removal and withholding of unpaid royalties where required by law or platform rules.

Nano Tunez shall not be liable for:

• Lost profits or anticipated earnings
• Platform takedowns or service interruptions
• Errors caused by third-party services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to us by you in the previous 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold Nano Tunez harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your content
• Breach of these Terms
• Violation of any law or third-party rights

Nano Tunez may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
